

Malik was born on May 25, 1998, in the city of Er-Roseiris, located in the Blue Nile Region of Sudan. His early education journey began abroad, as he attended Teletubbies Primary School in Kampala, Uganda. This exposure to a multicultural environment during his formative years helped shape his perspective on diversity and community development. Upon returning to Sudan, he continued his studies at Blue Nile Secondary School in Er-Roseiris, where he demonstrated a keen interest in learning and leadership.
Pursuing higher education, Malik enrolled at Al-Imam Al-Mahdi University. He joined the Faculty of Arts and Humanities, specializing in English, a subject that allowed him to further refine his communication skills and explore the cultural significance of language. His university experience laid a solid foundation for the career he was destined to pursue in community engagement and youth development.
In 2019, Malik began his voluntary journey, marking a pivotal moment in his life. He started by attending workshops at the Er-Roseiris Youth Training Center, where he was introduced to key concepts in leadership, community mobilization, and capacity-building. These workshops ignited a passion for creating positive change and motivated him to take on a more active role in his community.
By 2021, Malik’s dedication to youth empowerment led him to establish the "Afkaar" initiative. This program was designed to enhance the skills and capacities of young people, equipping them with the tools needed to contribute effectively to their communities. The initiative gained recognition for its innovative approach to addressing the challenges faced by youth in the Blue Nile Region.
In 2022, Malik joined Y-PEER, a renowned global network that uses peer education to promote youth empowerment and leadership. His involvement in Y-PEER allowed him to collaborate with like-minded individuals and broaden his impact. A year later, in 2023, he became a member of the Youth Mechanism for Child Protection, an organization dedicated to safeguarding children’s rights and ensuring their well-being.
Malik’s commitment to his work was soon recognized, and in 2024, he was appointed Program Manager of the Youth Mechanism. During his six-month tenure, he led various initiatives aimed at strengthening child protection mechanisms. Later that year, Malik joined Partners for Peace Organization as a fundraiser. By 2025, his hard work and strategic vision earned him a promotion to Program Manager, where he continues to drive meaningful change and support peacebuilding efforts.
Malik’s journey reflects his unwavering dedication to youth empowerment, community development, and peacebuilding, making him a role model for aspiring leaders.
