Overview
P4P is a youth organization established in 2023 in Rosairis, Bule Nile Region by four active youth initiatives, namely Droub Alamal, Nabd Albalad, Alrakiza, and Alban. P4P has come into existence to empower youth, unify and strengthen the efforts of grassroots initiatives and provide a unique youth voice for addressing the consequences of wars & violence, and sustain peace and development in Blue Nile Region.
P4P is a well-structured organization in terms of governance and internal control. It has an efficient executive team responsible fo the implementation of programs,and an elected functional board of Directors that shapes the strategic direction, supervises the executive team, ensures compliance with internal control measures, and monitors the organization's performance and progress toward its strategic.

Our Strategic Priorities
P4P has identified three strategic priorities for its current strategic plan (2024-2027)
1-Youth Participation
i. Provide a safe environment and spaces for youth to participate in public life,discuss ideas, support each other, and create movements for positive change.
ii. Promote youth participation in political processes for peace and democracy, government decision- making, and the development of public policies and programs.
2-Youth Empowerment
i. Empower youth initiatives in terms of networking, information sharing, building organizational capacities, strengthening IT and social interaction skills, and securing funding and advocacy opportunities
ii. Build the youth's economic capacities by providing employment opportunities and trainings to strengthen their job skills
iii. Assure that youth and the communities they live within have access to affordable basic services such as water, sanitation, public health and education.
3-Sustainable Peace
i. Combat hate speech, discrimination, and all forms of violence
ii. Contribute to peacebuilding, reconciliation, social cohesion and respect for diversity
iii. Act to guarantee the rights of IDPs, refugees, and the victims of wars and violence including their right to protection, justice, social services, and psychosocial supports
