

Waly aldein Basheir Ahmed Elnour
Waly was born in the city of Al-Roseires in 1997 and began his education at Badi Abu Shlukh Basic School, then continued at Blue Nile Model Secondary School. He earned a Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences from the Canadian Sudanese College, gaining a strong scientific background alongside his growing interest in community work.
His journey in civil society began through volunteering, where he was one of the founding members of the NABD AL-BALD Charity Association and later served as its Finance Manager, contributing to the development of its financial and administrative systems. He then became the Executive Director of Sand Charity Association, where he led several service and development projects targeting vulnerable groups and helped build effective partnerships.
He was also a co-founder of the Partners for Peace Organization, actively participating in drafting governance documents and internal policies. He held the position of Administration Officer, overseeing administrative operations and ensuring compliance with institutional procedures.
Throughout his career, he has been known for his leadership, initiative, and continuous pursuit of self-development in the fields of administration, governance, and peacebuilding—making him a valuable contributor to community development efforts in the Blue Nile region.
