Empowering Youth for Positive Change

At our organization, we work to promote sustainable peace by empowering youth and engaging them as active leaders in their communities, believing that young people are the driving force for positive change and for building a more stable and just future.

Creating Impact, Changing Lives, Empowering Youth, and Partnering for a Sustainable Peace.

Who we are

P4P is a youth-led organization established in 2023 in Al-Roseires, Bule Nile Region by four active unregistered youth initiatives, namely Droub Alamal, Nabd Albalad, Alrakiza, and Alban. Although P4P is a young organization, it succeeded in short period of time, to develop partnerships with multiple donors and to distinguish itself as a leading youth organization in the Blue Nile Region

Partners for Peace operates with a team of dedicated professionals who bring over five years of cumulative experience since the launch of the four founding initiatives that gave rise to the organization. Our staff possesses excellent expertise in civil society work, enabling us to deliver effective and responsive solutions tailored to community needs, and to contribute to promoting peace and development through a participatory approach rooted in field experience and community-driven innovation

What we do

P4P has identified three strategic priorities for its current strategic plan (2024-2029)

- Youth Participation

Provide a safe environment and spaces for youth to participate in public life, discuss ideas, support each other, and create movements for positive change

-Youth Empowerment

Empower youth initiatives in terms of networking, information sharing, building organizational capacities, strengthening IT and social interaction skills, and securing funding and advocacy opportunities

-Sustainable Peace

Combat hate speech, discrimination, and all forms of violence

A New Model for Grassroots Community Work

Partners for Peace is a grassroots civil society alliance fundamentally committed to youth empowerment and sustainable peacebuilding. We are four community-based initiatives — Paths of Hope Initiative, Nabd Al-Balad Charity Association, Al-Rakeeza Democratic Forum, and Al-Ban Cultural Group — united by a deep belief that strong communities begin with aware and engaged youth. Everything we do, from designing initiatives and implementing activities to building partnerships and generating local knowledge, stems from our commitment to creating change from the ground up.

Community innovation is at the heart of our approach; we boldly experiment with ideas, develop new tools, and continuously measure the impact of our interventions. We develop skills, raise awareness, and build platforms for dialogue with the goal of empowering youth and women to become agents of change in their communities.

We are redefining civic work through a flexible, participatory model that builds collaboration among local actors and strengthens the integration of grassroots initiatives. This model allows us to test new solutions that respond to everyday challenges and support the priorities of our donors and communities. Through this alliance, we have the unique capacity to transform community-driven ideas into impactful programs and enhance efforts toward inclusive and sustainable peacebuilding.
